As me and my party went to check in, nobody was there to do so. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to check us in. We had booked a room on someone else's behalf, and that was a bit of a pain to set up, too. Seemingly, you only need to tell the receptionist the name and room number to get an extra key card, which is a bit scary and strikes me as unsafe.
Google Maps also sends you to the wrong road, so I had to drive around a bit to find the place.
The room and amenities are decent and match up to the price you pay for the hotel. The area is right downtown, so you might hear some sirens but is pretty safe all things considered. Make sure all your belongings are out of your car. The hotel was within a 15-min walk to all of our activities which is excellent. The coffee provided in suite is a nice touch too. Paid a little bit more than I think I wanted to, but not too bad overall. For it's location and relatively cheaper price I'd stay here again.
