Situated in Bear Mountain - resort style living. Brand new BEAUTIFUL MODERN PARIS CHIC 1bedroom suite with quartz countertops in kitchen/bathroom, fireplace, 65 inch tv, chandelier in bedroom, brand new bathroom with new tile, faucets and tub. Private entrance and covered patio with patio furniture overlooking a relaxing greenbelt. Includes: hair dryer, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, and coffee maker. Washer / dryer uses cold water wash. These accommodations suite 3 people, 2 in bedroom and one on couch. There is NO sofa bed. There are 4 steps to get into this suite of which 3 are on the walkway and one is the porch step (see photos).

Goldstream Park 10 min away. Bear mountain Resort and Golf Course 5 min away. Downtown Victoria is 20 min away.

Immaculately maintained
The property is beautifully maintained and very clean. It’s at the base of bear mountain, close to all amenities but a bit of a distance to downtown. Wish I had more time to enjoy the very well maintained, private and inviting back yard. Kip wants to meet you upon arrival which requires you to book a time to Check in versus just getting a code and arriving when you do. However her check in was very thorough. Kip was responsive to any needs that we had through out our stay. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Perfect Stay For A Perfectionist
The property is beautiful as listed in the pictures. It offers all amenities as listed, and is incredibly pleasing to look at. A stay here would be best suited for a very clean, tidy, and respectful individual or family, who appreciate aesthetics and comfort. Not recommended for those with kids or those that lack attention to detail as cleanliness and care are mandatory by the host.
