"I wanted to like the hostel--the staff and guests are very nice, but it is very misleading to say that there is AC when it is only turned on after 10 pm at night. It was over 100 degrees for two of the days I stayed, and was sweltering in the hostel. And there is no ceiling fan in the room I was in... The lack of amenities and poor location (about a 20 minute walk and up a hill from the town center and the nearest buses) make this a poor choice."

"I went during off peak season so I had a fairly quiet stay. The staff at the hostel was friendly. The room looked a bit outdated with no decor whatsoever but the bed was comfy and the shower was decent. The breakfast was free which was a plus. There wasn’t any social activities organised by the hostel. The location was nice and it’s easy to get around by foot or by bus."

"Definitely the most basic hostel I've stayed in. There are no staff and no doors on the dorms so minimal privacy. There are three floors and you need to pass through every other dorm to get to the top floor. Therefore, if you're staying on the first or second floor, people will be passing through your room to get to the floors above. "This hostel is exactly the type of hostel that I love to stay in. Very accommodating and friendly staff who have a great wealth of knowledge on Malta. "This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen.
