This Berrichonne farmhouse can accommodate 12 people to meet with family or friends. In a wooded and flowery plot of 3500 m² with covered terrace, you will find at your disposal: climbing frames (swings, slide), basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque court, brick barbecue, garden furniture , deck chairs. On the ground floor: entrance - fitted kitchen - living room/dining room (TV, fireplace with insert) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 toddler bed) - separate wc - shower room.
Upstairs: landing with reading area - 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + 1 toddler bed) - 1 bedroom (4 single beds, TV) - separate wc - shower room.
