This charming Berry gîte, surrounded by 3,500 m² of wooded and flowered grounds, is the perfect place for your get-togethers. Enjoy a covered terrace and a large outdoor area with amenities for all ages: climbing frames (swings, slide), basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque court, brick barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Gîte layout:

• Ground floor: entrance hall, equipped kitchen, living/dining room (TV, fireplace with insert), 1 bedroom (double bed + crib), separate toilet, shower room.
• Upper floor: landing with reading corner, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + crib), 1 bedroom (4 single beds, TV), separate toilet, shower room.
