This charming little 1800s cottage in the heart of Vicksburg is across from the Historic Courthouse Museum.
The Cottage is situated within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and shopping.
Walk around historic downtown Vicksburg and see incredible sunsets, friendly smiles, and live music. Enjoy the unique charm of the Red Carpet City.
This small cottage with its vintage old charm has everything you need for a weekend getaway or an extended stay.

Other things to note
We are upgrading this cottage and the courtyard that surrounds it. Please excuse our progress as the plants in the courtyard were killed by the hard freeze this past March. We are working to restore it to its previous charm and beauty.

Overall, a very pleasant experience in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. One very minor issue was no TV. A prior tenant had damaged/broken the WiFi feed. Manager was aware and is resolving the problem. Great property manager.

Second Timers
This was our second stay in the cottage. It is perfect for our one night stays. It is always clean and communication with the owners is always prompt. We were concerned this time because we couldn’t get WiFi when we got there, but a quick message to the owner and we were told hie to get on a hotspot. The bed in their property is incredible!! The shower is also wonderful. It is an older property that has been redone and it has a lot of character. The neighborhood is in a historic area and you can walk to restaurants and museums. There are other little apartments around in the courtyard that look concerning, but we have never had a safety issue.

Location was excellent. Probably would be good if an instruction sheet for "older" guest about "hot spot" internet connection and heaters, etc. We were able to work it ok. The place felt real "homey" and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Location
We had an amazing time. The location is very nice. We went on a holiday weekend and got to meet so many locals. Very clean and cozy little spot. The Bed is so comfortable. It was a great enviornment all the way around. Steve was very nice and answered all of our questions and even helped with local atractions. By Far our best VRBO yet.
