Come spend the holidays or a weekend in a nice quit, 3 bedroom, two full bathroom property situated seconds from the Sandusky bay. This gorgeous house is fully furnished and can house up to 10 comfortably. This property boasts an 8 person hot tub and an XBOX with a collection of games. There is a fire ring outside for enjoyment, one gas fireplace in the beautiful sunroom and a wood burning fireplace inside the living room. Wood is supplied on site for your convenience free of charge. This property is within a 15 mins radius to Cedar Point, cedar point sport force park, Port Clinton ferry’s for Kelly’s island, Put n Bay, and Middle Bass. There is a local tavern a block away as a convenience and the local market is about 5 miles away. Please, if you have any questions, feel free to send a message. Perfect for our fishing trip
Our group of guys have made a trip to Erie for a fishing trip for many years now. This house was perfect for our short stay. Clean, plenty of amenities, and great communication from the owner.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at the property as we had a cancellation of an event. Preston was ready for us though with the property clean and ready to go before check in. Communication was great and he was very understanding and is providing us a credit for a night’s stay as long it’s in the next 6 months, which is more than fair. We look forward to an upcoming stay.

Great property
Loved the location and the house. Wished there was a gazebo or something on the patio. Would be nice if had a privacy fence or something for the hot tub. Was kind of weird having the patio and hot tub right next to neighbors windows. Was hard to talk due to their ac unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Short stay with pets
Preston's place was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. The internet speed is great and allowed me to work while on site. The outdoor space is plentiful and there is even a pretty, little wetland next door. We woke up to bird song every morning and enjoyed walks along Sandusky Bay with our dogs. Preston is a great host who was VERY quick with responses to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Decent location, but the property needs work.
Stay was okay, but the property was misleading by the pictures. Many areas inside have been damaged or deteriorated since installed and need repaired or fixed. Still have no idea how the previous renters rated this property so high.

Perfect Lake Erie Spot
Property was better than described. I loved the location, right by the lake in a peaceful area and close enough to Port Clinton, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba. We were mostly there for fishing and had a great time with a lot of fish caught. There are a couple wildlife areas we went to: Willow Point was good fishing and we had fun with the kayaks at Resthaven. As we were getting ready to leave my son locked his keys in his car. The owner of the property showed up to clean for the next guests and was extremely helpful even calling someone to get the keys out for us. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the house and the week spent in it. We will definitely be returning to the property.

Great getaway!
This property is better than they described!! My grandkids (as well as the rest of us)loved it the second we walked through the door! My grandson said it was an A++++! Preston made sure to answer any questions that we had very quickly. This house had things that you would have thought you needed to bring (coffee,sugar and spices to name a few). There were plenty of extra blankets and towels for everyone. Having the ability to do laundry was very helpful. The yard was plenty big for the kids to run and play with their cousins. We could not have asked for better hosts or a better property!! We will definitely be back in the near future!! Thanks for everything!!

Lovely Quiet Retreat
The property was wonderful. We wanted a quiet retreat after spending the day at Cedar Point, and this property was perfect! Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and eating at the bar & grill on the marina.

XC race overnight

Family Weekend
Our group included grandparents (60,47), parents (28,26), children (2, 7mo), plus 2 fur friends. The property was great for us! We didn’t anticipate what the second living room which worked out amazingly for our little group because we were able to keep the kids and the pets completely separate to give the baby floor time without worrying about the pups stepping on her. The house was very nicely appointed, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you could ask for! We had great communication with the property owner! The property itself was situated away from the more populated areas of the lake which was appealing to us but was still a convenient drive to all of the things we wanted to do.

This was a nice place to stay. There were two spacious hang out spaces in the home, which were nice. Property completely matched the listing except for the hot tub. It’s listed as an 8-person hot tub but we barely fit two petite women and three standard sized 6’ tall men. It would probably fit 8 small children, but not adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
