"Very thoughtfully restored old Villa just minutes from Cortona . The house and grounds are exactly as pictured. The very private road that leads there is a bit rough and seems very remote at first but after you venture out once you see that every convenience is minuets away and beautiful Cortona as well. A car is a good idea if you plan to go around Tuscany. 2 trains in town go everywhere but it helps to get to train and town with a car. The host is very responsive and hands on."

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

Cons: • Internet/cell connectivity in village is poor and upon arrival, couldn’t connect with cell phone OR my portable wifi. I couldn’t reach the owners, and had no photos to identify the house was ours, and instructions were incomplete. Had to knock on doors which was awkward. • Password for the wifi is wrong. Passwords are case-sensitive! This wasted a...

"We travelled to Italy for 2 weeks and visited Venice, Florence, Cortona and Rome. Our most favorite stay was without a doubt was this home in Cortona. It was exactly as described and we loved the location. Only downside is parking. If you have a car, you will be lugging your luggage uphill for a good ways from the parking area. "

"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"During our three week trip to Italy, we were fortunate to have stayed at this beautiful property for nine days. It was the perfect accommodation and location for the six of us. Lulu and Luca are wonderful hosts. Lulu greeted us and gave us a tour of the property and provided helpful information about the area. They were always available to answer questions and even made us a dinner reservation in town. We loved their friendly and well-behaved dog, Maya. She was especially good with our children...
