"Lovely air conditioned apartment with big balcony overlooking the sea. The views make this apartment very special. The apartment itself is a good size with air conditioning throughout., though could do with a little refurb in places, eg the bathroom. Giacomo was a helpful host, picking us up at the train station and sorting any issues out (eg we had no hot water for the first day). Initial communication after booking was a little slow but this improved."

"Nice property.. hosts were very accommodating location in general is not too far from Palermo but Overall Palermo is a run down dirty city. Lots of garbage along the streets. But that has nothing to do with this rental. The rental had plenty of towels and all the amenities were new clean. The Kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea. Plentiful glasses dishes and cutlery. Small outdoor patio - no view Felt safe. Property had 4 bolt locks!"

"This was a really fabulous week in Caltavuturo. Susanne has a created a welcoming and beautifully styled home and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There are many hidden places around the property to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the terrace on the long outdoor sofa or upstairs on the terrace outside the main apartment. "Property located adjacent to very old olive tree orchard. Scenic mountain back drop with ocean view. Spacious upstairs flat with full amenities. Beautiful pool and garden in the yard. Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. And property owners speak very little English, so just plan to use google translate. Highly recommend if you are looking for the real Sicilian experience!"
