"Agriturismo Principe di Vallescura is high on a high on a hill overlooking overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in western Italy. It has beautiful sunsets, and when we drove down the s-curves to the town, we had the most stylish dinner we had in all of our stay in Italy. The bed and breakfast inn had no other guests. They also didn't speak any english (fair enough) so it was difficult explaining to them that we had made a booking. Prenotata stanza matrimoniale con aria condizionata, ma il proprietario (aggressivo e maleducato) ha tentato di appiopparci un buco lercio, con un lettino singolo e una brandina in aggiunta. L'aria condizionata non c'era e il gestore ha cercato di giustificarsi dicendoche per un prezzo così basso non potevamo pretendere altro. Una vera truffa, dato che l'individuo in questione vende su expedia servizi di cui non dispone. Siamo scappati via dopo pochi minuti, ma questa struttura...

You are literally right across the street from the beach. We spent 18 nights getting to know this beautiful little town. Alessandro and Stefano were perfect hosts. "Beautiful peaceful location set in the mountains and overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful too. My only criticism is it could have done with a good clean and good airing and updated bed linen and to have had a maid to at least change to towels. We also couldn’t find the outside bins and recycling so clear instructions would help but apart from that it was perfect."
