Cracked kitchen sink which does not drain and no draining board/rack. No hot water in the downstairs basin. Downstairs shower didn't work at all. "The top floor balcony and its view are fabulous but there are a number of issues about this property. Firstly the only access to the balcony is through the master bedroom. We were on our own so it didn't matter but if you are with friends it would be a problem. They would have to go through your bedroom to get to the balcony which is the only place you will want to be. You could use the downstairs two bedrooms but they are small and dark with one without a window. We had a number of issues with...
