"The room was great. Very convenient location. Check on person explained all I needed to know. There were 2 issues. The first night the remote control for the heating worked well but on the 2nd night it didn't and it was late on a Saturday. There was no support to sort it out and it was cold during the night. The bigger problem was the noise. On both nights there were was significant noise coming from large groups of youth enjoying themselves in the Piazza Mercurio. It was impossible to sleep...

While the journey -to our arrival was quite difficult, we were happy to arrive to our cosy accommodation in the hills with verzanno ligure across the hillside- some amenities could be included is self catering was desired. Roberto was super helpful w/ travel advice- thoroughly enjoyed our stay"
