"Great location, reasonable price and right above a cool bar/town square area, but there were very limited facilities provided in the room. No soap, glasses or hairdryer etc, so make sure to bring your own! My main issue with the room (12) however was that there was a large gap in the ceiling that opened up to an attic area with velux windows built in. Initially this seemed like a cool design feature, until we were woken up at the crack of dawn by the sunlight beaming on to the bed. In my opinion, an addition of a complimentary eye mask and ear plugs would be very beneficial in the room!"

"The hotel is above and behind a restaurant where I enjoyed a good meal. Breakfast was excellent, my room was quiet and efficient. I was tired after a flight from the US and it was a great place to spend that first night in Europe. Parking was no problem since I was there from evening to before 9 am the next day."

"I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. Daily room service was not great. Used drinking glasses were never removed, no tissues, bathroom counters not cleaned. Also, lack of storage is a problem. The rooms seem newly renovated but they did not add any shelving or room for toiletries. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to perfect. I will stay there again when i visit family in Arnhem."

"Very relaxing 2 night stay. We chose a ground floor room with a patio along with a full size mattress. "
