"It was really warm, and the cooling in the rooms was not controllable. It just shut off and on whenever it was programmed to, I assume. It is a different part of the world, and I realize that opening windows is a norm, but with rain storms, hot humid weather, and no fans in the room, it could have been better. We survived and enjoyed the stay in Holic."

Then finally she point us to the right place approximately 7km away (same owner) At the other place the girl was speaking good english and everything was ok, except for the wellness.
