"The hotel is in a great location; Right from chevk in the service was exceptional, Pumula was amazing , service with a smile 😊; lots of restaurants around; across the street there is a pick n pay and various ATM machines, close to beach with walking/running trail. One suggestion would be to upgrade/ change the TV's, they are old the picture quality is bad. Down the street there is a huge mall called Pearls of Umhlanga, it is beautiful with great shopping!! I will definitely be back and will recommend this property!!"

"Great service, well located just by the beach. Great places around like joe cools club which serves great food. Parade hotel has great buffet breakfast but the breakfast gets a bit too crowded. the limit of guest after 21:00 is a bit of a turnoff"
