"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant! "The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. " If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"Not at all as expected from the description. We had a room which was tiny for a twin, no fridge, cooking, table or tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was semi-decaying but more spacious. Carpets looked 20 or more years old. When we arrived we were given linen and towels to make our own beds (unserviced) during stay. This is not a hotel!
