"The place was very cute. Janie was very friendly. We enjoyed meeting her and her dogs. She had some great recommendations on places to visit! Our kids shared the loft bed, and my husband and I shared the bedroom. My only recommendation is that the online listing is updated. There were some discrepencies with bed layout and check out time given in the check in email was 12. In the cottage it was listed as 10 and another place online was 11. 11 was the correct tjme. "Lovely cottage on a pretty lake. The lake is not that small, but farily quiet with very few boats (I did not see any motorboats at all, even electric ones—just kayas and pedal boats). The property comes with access to a nice beach down the road, but we never bothered—we just stepped in off the dock or off our SUP. "

"This was everything we wanted and more in a honeymoon. The cabin was cozy, clean, and romantic. We wanted somewhere secluded with limited cell service (the WiFi was excellent but we switched our phones off). We were able to enjoy ourselves and our time with limited distractions. "This cabin is absolutely perfect. This was exactly what we needed as a little weekend getaway. Perfect for 2 people. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful loved the rustic look. Hot tub and fire pit were a perfect spot for relaxing on the cooler nights. Iron Rail Pub was great for food and the locals were super nice. The hose was very pleasant to deal with answered questions very quickly. Will definitely be booking again here."

"We had the best time here. So peaceful and beautiful. The place is down a dirt road, so probably need 4wd in the winter and definitely bring groceries since the closest dining is a bit down the road. The place was spotless clean, the most comfortable beds, and beautiful setting. "
