The staff were fantastic in helping us. We had booked a triple room with 3 beds and arrived to a room with one King bed. They do not have triple rooms but quickly opened an adjoining room and set up the 2 rooms with 3 beds for us. They were very accommodating and acted quickly to fix the problem.

Stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to Versailles. Hotel is quaint and charming. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was charming, old-world yet modern. Great amenities. Comfy beds and plush towels. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Wonderful Hotel!
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location - approx 10 min walk to the Palace of Versailles, and the train station which takes you directly into Paris. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Easy to walk around but local buses stop nearby. The staff were very friendly and even let us check in a little early. The room was clean and quiet and had all the amenities we needed so that we didn’t have to bring our own. I would definitely stay again if I come back.
