Five stars apartment just renovated and equipped with all the comforts.
The decor is light and made by best Italian brands.
All the three rooms have a balcony overlooking the square and the surrounding hills.
It consists of a living room with full equipped kitchen wall , fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine,whashing machine, flat screen TV, air conditioning, electric windows. comfortable double sofa bed.
A sleeping area with two bedrooms:
one has an ensuite bathroom ,
the other has the bathroom just the next door..
The beds are king size and can be divided according to the needs.

Great stay in Verona
The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped and far enough away from the tourist traffic but close enough to walk to all of the town. We had a great time and a great stay. Rosella had nice recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do in Verona.

Amazing Verona Apartment
The apartment is conveniently located for the bus & train station with easy access to the city. It is fully equippped and very spacious. There are cushions provided for the opera, which was very handy. The supermarket is close by as are cafes (downstairs) and restaurants. Rosella, the host, was amazingly helpful accommodating our arrivals (as there were three of us arriving from different locations at various times). I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a city break in Verona.

Brilliant Location
This apartment is in a fantastic location because it’s a short walk to both the city centre and the train station. We used the station frequently for day trips to Pesciara del Garda, Sirmione and Venice. The apartment was well equipped, very smart and each room is air conditioned, which was a welcome relief from the summer heat! Rosella was a great host and responded very promptly to any queries. We would happily stay here again and thoroughly recommend it!

Review part 2 - best place to stay, no competition
I've already reviewed this amazing apartment but then noticed some reviews suggesting some negatives and wished to give balance, just note it was only me staying so I only used the main bedroom and en suite -the main bed is HUGE. I have a UK super king (largest) and it was about the same size -the main bed was very very comfortable -there are 3 USB points on the bedside table-very handy and thoughtful! - lots of electric points everywhere -the rainfall shower was gorgeous -towels provided -every utensil was provided in the kitchen with lots of plates, cups, glasses, everything! -free biscuits and cold water in the fridge were provided, nice touch -it is literally next door to a cafe with our door seating that was always available - it is 3 mins walk to the most popular gelateria in verona - 1 minute to small supermarket for milk and bread, 5 mins from big super market - 5 mins from bus station (bus to airport) - 10 mins from centre of town/arena - 2 mins from a great pizza and Indian restaurant also - she met me at apartment when I arrived and stayed till midnight to explain me everything! You will simply not find anywhere better at this price anywhere in verona

Cannot fault the hosts or apartment except would recommend a child under 12 for the small bed in the second bedroom as it is very small and not very comfortable. Everything else was great.

Great location, wonderful host
Rosella met us as we were walking up from the train station and took us up to the aparment. It is a well stocked, clean and comfortable place to stay that is in a central location. We are 2 brothers with wives, in our 60's and had a wonderful time. Thank you Rosella.

It was just Okay - nothing special . Nothing really comfortable for seating - No real personal feel - no amenities - no English - no Streaming on TV . Kind of a thanks for your money and see you later vibe . More than two coffee pods , maybe some tea , salt and pepper , Olive oil - just a little something would have helped a lot .

Excellent apartment
Two couples stayed for 3 nights at Rosella’s beautiful apartment in Verona. Rosella was an excellent host providing a seamless registration & confirmation process , she was very prompt in answering any questions prior to arrival and met us upon arrival to get us situated in the parking garage and in the apartment. She provided great information on things to do, where to visit, how to get around Verona and favorite restaurants. The apartment is very modern, clean, comfortable and appointed with everything you need to enjoy a multi-day visit. We loved the space, the city and offer our sincere thanks to Rosella for making this a great visit.

Specious and clean
Location is great only 15 minutes walk from city center. There are small markets to buy necessary stuff if needed. It is located on the 6th floor and has a view of the square. When you enter the building you need to clime about 6 stairs then reach the elevator. The owner/manager was a very friendly and professional person. She replied to my messages in very short matter of time. This has been one of the most spacious and well furnished apartments I have ever stayed.

Great apartment in walking distance of the city center Verona
Rosella made our stay in Verona wonder. From booking the apartment to check out the process was seamless. It was easy to communicate with Rosella as well. The apartment was wonderful. It was a wonderful trip to Verona. Rosella's appartment is excellent. Convenient, clean, cosy, fully equipped and very warm. Rosella is the best hostess. she helped us to everything, busses, shops, maps, restaurants, cafes etc. By the way the gelateria she suggested was perfect. We tasted the delicious gelato italiano. Beautiful and Convenient Apartment in Verona
Gorgeous apartment in Verona. Our host Rosella met us in front of the apartment building after our ten minute walk from the train station. She showed us the apartment located on the fifth floor (elevator available) of a beautiful building and detailed local recommended restaurants on a map she provided. Check in and check out was easy and the apartment had everything we could have asked for. We highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely stay in lovely Verona
Very clean and comfortable property very close to the train station. Check in process was seamless with owner, Rosella. She gave helpful hints on where to go and dine and provided maps. Great coffee shop downstairs in the same plaza. Highly recommend!

A Very Spacious Modern Apartment in Verona!
My wife and I spent three weeks in this wonderful modern apartment in late October/early November 2021 and we were very pleased with the accommodations and the weather! The apartment is perfectly located on a residential street which is just minutes away on foot from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. The main train and bus station is only a ten minute walk. It had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home after a long day of sightseeing. Rosella is an excellent host and was always available to answer all our questions. She also provided us with several recommendations for eating around town and gave us recommendations for the many day trips we took throughout the area. We really loved Verona this time of year (not crowded and very easy train or bus ride to Venice, Lake Garda, Vicenza, Bolzano, Trento, Padua, Mantua, etc.). There is a very good restaurant just a few blocks away, a pizza a taglio shop, gelateria, and a some of the best rice balls we've had in Italy. There is also a cafe as soon as you walk out the building. Overall, the location and accommodations can't be beat!

Great Apartment in Beautiful Verona
The apartment was clean and spacious, with a lift to the 6th floor and with several balconies. Location was near the train station, perfect for our arrival from Lake Garda and for the day trip we took to Mantova. Luigi was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and for pointing out sites on the city map for us. We recommend this accommodation!
