I had a very comfortable stay. Check in was done using a smartphone. Instructions on how that works with regards to opening the building and apartment doors was clearly communicated by Kim the reservations manager for the property. Indeed he was in touch via WhatsApp to welcome me on arrival and was easily contactable if required. As well as the smart lock there is also a smart TV. I used it to watch YouTube. The kitchen is well equipped although l didn't use it for cooking as l preferred to eat out.

Only Complaint Was Kitchen Accoutrements
Everything about this property was good (clean, quiet, non-touristy location while still close enough to walk to tourist venues, and outstanding service for check in). Our only complaint was that the kitchen lacked basic condiments like salt and pepper and cooking oil, making cooking a no-go unless you routinely pack those things yourself. It would also be helpful if the dishes included cups suitable for tea or Americano coffee rather than just having the small espresso cups. But these were minor complaints…more suggestions to the property owner to make the apartment even more appealing.
