Welcome to our splendid apartment located in a beautiful historic building in the heart of downtown Verona, just steps away from the Duomo. Recently renovated while respecting its historical context, this apartment boasts an elegant and refined style, with vaulted ceilings and ancient columns that add a touch of classic charm with modern accents.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with only three convenient steps to access it, and comprises a spacious living area characterized by an open space with kitchen and living room. It features two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom complete with shower. The property can accommodate up to 4 people, making it an excellent choice for families seeking a central and comfortable solution.

This property was quite comfortable and was in an excellent location. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms were great for two couples. The kitchen/living area was well-equipped and worked for us. We would suggest that it would be useful to have operating instructions for the stove and washing machine in English, as well as the Italian guides provided. We would also suggest cleaning the heater filter before guests arrive. Licia was helpful with restaurant suggestions and pointers about the apartment. We went to several of the eateries she recommended and found the food to be wonderful. The apartment was a lovely home sweet home for us for 10 days.

Comfortable apartment, great location.
This roomy, comfortable apartment is close to everything the tourist wants and needs. It is a short walk from the cathedral, the river and the central piazza…though a long walk from the station. We particularly liked the interesting way the apartment had been converted from a much older building. Licia welcomed us warmly, and provided plenty of useful information about the local area. We’d happily stay there again. Be prepared, however, for the hot water to take a long time to run warm…though it does eventually!

Verona Via Duomo
The apartment is in a perfect location for old Verona and close to all cafes, restaurants, bars, and the river. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. A taxi from the railway station takes appx 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and far easier than walking. Although eating out is generally the preferred approach, the kitchen utensils such as sharp vegetable knives need an upgrade, and a toaster is a must. The hot water temperature needs attention as showers and kitchen hot water was not hot enough.

Great Location
We were so pleased with the location of the apartment. It was walking distance to everything. So many restaurants to choose from. Quiet street in a secure location. Licia was great and very helpful upon our arrival. I would recommend staying here, just wish there was more available closer parking.

Great location in Verona!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the location! Clean and spacious. Easy to get to all the key spots in Verona. Close to great restaurants. Had everything we needed! Definitely recommend renting this location when you are staying in Verona!

A beautiful place in Verona
A very beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a living room. All very tastefully decorated , and a major plus when the outside temperature is 36 degrees, all with A/ C. Check in and communication with the hostess was friendly and efficient. The location is another plus, 2 minutes from the Dom and a few minutes walking and you are in the old city of Verona.
