Very comfortable and clean room. We could walk everywhere that we needed to go and then some. We would definitely stay again.

Nice, quiet room with great location.
Great location close to the main areas of the historic center, easy to get to on public transit and close to shopping and restaurants. Room was large and modern, and very comfortable. Easy self-check in. Cons: the shower head in the bathroom was horrible. Water turned on and sprayed in all different directions, including outside of the shower when it got turned on. Due to COVID breakfast baskets were put in the room instead of a buffet, while understandable and nice, I don't think it was near the meal we could have had, and paid for (just packaged croissants and crackers). We stayed at other hotels on our trip that handled breakfasts better than this. No checkout instructions given so we weren't sure what to do upon leaving. They also requested we text them photos of our passports beforehand, which is not secure for sensitive information like that, so we declined.

Could Be Better
First of all, The location was not explained clear enough. We walked backed and forth on the street, with heavy back pack, only to realize the place was one of the apartment in the building (2F). The assistant came a couple of minutes later to let us check in. When we tried to pay with credit card, we were told the machine is broken so need to pay in cash. Room and bathroom was clean but a couple of light bulbs were dead so we felt a little dark. The bathroom was outside of our room, across the hallway. I ran into the other guest walking only with bath towel around his bottomin the hallway, which was awkward. There were some shower gel pouch but not enough for a whole family at all. It had a bathtub but the plug was missing, so could not soak. The worst thing was the guest couldn't control AC temperature. The temperature of days we stayed marked over 90F. We could not open the window because mosquitos were coming in. Could not really leave the door open because other guests were staying and sharing common hallway. I was not too impressed on breakfast. Cereal was stale, which made me wonder if other food was fresh enough. Owner only showed up at the time of check-out. i didn't feel good hospitality. We will not stay in this place again.
