Perfect family spot

House was great for family of 4 looking for a beach vacation. Pool was very nice and being enclosed kept it spotless and no bug concerns. Location was great for nearby beach access and plenty to do in town as well. Would definitely stay again in future.

Perfect home from home

The house was just as described and we felt at home straight away. Everything was just lovely. Left us some bottled water which was much appreciated. House had everything we needed and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was a lovely area to sut during the day.

Great house in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Kurt & Stacy were easy to get in touch with & very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet & well maintained.

Fabulous villa

The villa was exactly what we had expected and more. Stacy and Kurt were prompt and helpful with all of our communications. I would definitely recommend the Villa and stay again if I was in the area.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was equipped very well. The pool was great, very clean also. Nice neighborhood. Great for a morning walk. Hosts were awesome! Very quick to respond to questions. Even went out of their way to go by and measure the driveway to make sure there was room for our boat. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area!

Gem in Vero Beach

7 minutes from everywhere. The pool was perfect as were the accommodations. Plenty of items on hand with lovely towels and plush pillows. During our downtime from being on the beach, we greatly enjoyed all the amenities this home had to offer.

The home was well equipped and located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Very easy contact and quick responses from the owners. They gave great suggestions on nearby golf courses. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to next year.

Wonderful house and even better Hosts

We were in town for a wedding and had kids with us. The house and pool were so great! The house and little gifts were a welcome treat for all of us! We will definitely be back!

Quiet little paradise

We were in town for my mother’s celebration of life service and wanted a private home and this home was perfect to relax and pool was very relaxing. Everything was as noted on the description of property. We will definitely rent here again when we return to Vero in the future.

Outstanding communication and property! My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay!

Between the pool, nice kitchen, and more than enough room for 5 people to stay, my friends and I can’t say enough great things about this space. The hosts were great with communication and even shared their favorite restaurants in Vero Beach with us. They were quick to share updates and provide information. The space is a quick drive to any location around Vero as well, very easy to navigate to where you need to go. The neighborhood was quiet and felt private and safe. We had so much fun swimming every day and loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Vero Beach!

A cozy beach themed home

We couldn’t be happier with choosing this home. It was stocked with everything we needed to start our vacation. There was even a coffee station set up with everything you would need for your morning coffee. This home is very kid friendly and the pool is amazing after a long hot and humid day. The ocean is about 10 minutes away, depending on traffic. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to be back!

Great Vero Beach Property

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the local beaches and other hotspots in the area. House has everything you need for short or long stays. Plenty of extras found throughout. The kitchen is well stocked and you have your choice of a standard coffee maker or a Keurig. The hosts even stock up on coffee pods for your stay. Nice touches at every turn, such as a well written "things to do" book along with instructions on items around the house. Plenty of towels and linen. Nice comfortable beds, couches etc. Washer and Dryer, dishwasher and all the soap you would need for your stay. Pool was very clean and a south facing all screened in pool area makes for a nice place to sit during your stay. These couple definitely know how to make you feel right at home. Can't wait to return. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful place to stay. John

Vacation

We stayed here for 9 days. The host went and turned on the lights for us inside and out knowing that we were arriving so late in the evening. They even had snacks for the kids and cold beverages in the fridge for the adults. The home was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The kids really enjoyed using the pool! I will say the only thing to look out for are the lizards. We opened the front door and had a lizard starting at us in the face due to a small slit in the screen door. They were getting between the doors. Wouldn’t really say that is a downfall because you are in Florida, and those little fellas are everywhere. Thank you to our wonderful host for an amazing vacation and giving us a home away from home. We would definitely book here again!!

True Gem

The house was just lovely. It was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, condiments, etc. Sweet treats for the kids when we arrived and they were delighted. The fridge had a few waters and beers and that was very much appreciated after a long drive from Ohio. The pool was sparkling and the patio, very inviting. The house was centrally located to restaurants, stores and beaches. Kurt was very attentive and checked in with us after we arrived to ensure everything was ok. Communication with him was easy and friendly. The only thing I could possibly think of would be a new rack for the dishwasher. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much for hosting us and sharing your beautiful home.

Short four day stay.

My husband and I took a short trip for his birthday and our wedding anniversary. . House clean and very inviting. Owner very responsive. We could not get the World Series game on the tv. Owner came over and personally got Fox News on our tv. Above and beyond. Definitely will return here.
