There was no hot water when we would like to shower (between 6:00 and 8:00pm). We had to use cold water. Not the end of the world, but I expected more. I akesd the crew and they said that how demand on hot water cause their tanks to run out.

Walls in our three suites were heavily marked. Floors were dirty/sandy (hard to stop in Florida, I know) but sand was tracking into the bedsheets. Staff was really nice, friendly and attentive.

This is my second time staying here while my daughter is at an MLB event at the Jackie Robinson facility. It is close to the facility and i have enjoyed my stay each time. The facility is clean, the staff is always friendly and I don't feel like I'm staying at a hotel but rather a home away from home.

Stayed here when my electricity was off after the Milton tornados. I had a funeral that weekend and needed a full refrigerator to store the food. The Star Suites were more than I needed and I appreciated that they didn't price gouge while so many were displaced. The staff may have had the same issues at home but you couldn't tell by the smiles on their face.
