Stone house 10 minutes walk from the village center, quiet with a clear view. At the gates of the Monts d'Ardèche regional park, ideal for discovering nature sports and the magnificent Ardèche landscapes.
Come and enjoy the private above ground swimming pool of 6x4m located 30 meters from the cottage, with covered area and barbecue on a plot of 300 m2.
Spacious house consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed, the second with 2 90 beds and 1 140 mezzanine bed. 1 bathroom with bath, 2 separate toilets, 1 open fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room .
