"The house is NOT appropriate for winter rental letting. The main room's only heating system is the old fashionned fire place. The house is not insulated at all. There are gaps around the doors which we tried to block with our sleeping bags; there was no functionning heaters in any of the bedrooms. "The villa was exactly as described, there was amble room for everyone. The villa was very comfortable. The surrounding area was very quiet with a cycle/walking path a few minutes away. It was only a 5 min drive into Parthenary town and the same distance for a supermarket. We did have an issue with the drainage, but I sent a text and a telephone call from the owner had a plumber sent out the next day who resolved the problem. Thank you Google translator. We had a lovely break, but it was a shame...
