Excellent host, everything as described!
This was our second time at this unit. Everything is as described. We have rented other units at this development. We appreciate that this unit has minimal stairs to the front door and it is very close to the parking area. The condo was well stocked. Host was responsive and very accommodating!

Amazing Stay Right in the Heart of Vernon
The condo was perfect for our family and Salvatore, our host, was so communicative the entire time. We loved that there were toys and games for the kids. Having four twin beds downstairs in a large playroom-type bedroom with adjoining bathroom was excellent for the kids to feel like they had their own little space away. The kitchen had everything we needed, from utensils and cookware, to paper towels and dish soap. The washer and dryer were also a huge plus. We highly recommened it to anyone looking to stay in or near Vernon, especially if they are bringing children.

Great stay
Sal was a great host. He was quick with replies and easy to get in touch with. We had a seemless Stay that was perfect from start to finish. We were a family of 7 and had plenty of room. The house was easy to get to, vey clean and had most everything you need. The pictures line up with what the house actually looks like. there are two trundle Beds in the downstairs room not bunk beds - but that didn’t make a difference for us. In fact it was a better option. The condo is in close Proximity to so many things in the area It was a great stay and we would definitely rent again. Many thanks to Sal for his hospitality!

Great Place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay at The Mountain House very much! The home was spacious and very clean and neat. The tv area had a big comfy couch where we relaxed at night. The beds were very comfortable (and I’m pretty picky). The downstairs is perfect if you have kids with you with a very spacious area for the little ones. Salvatore was a great host - responding very quickly to any and all requests. Beautiful area of NJ, too. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Getaway
We stayed at the Mountain House while attending a dance competition at Minerals Resort in June. The house was beautiful and very clean. The host was very easy to get a hold of throughout the booking process and visit. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the basement room for the kids. We would stay there again in the area. Thank you for everything!

Family stay for local wedding
We loved The Mountain House - the location worked perfectly and the accommodations were great. Only slight negative was the winding staircase...which is pretty tight and could be difficult for those who aren't as mobile. But it all worked out fine for us.

Perfect family ski trip!
We had a great stay at the mountain house! Perfect distance to skiing and snow tubing at mountain creek and perfect for 2 families with younger kids. The playroom/kids bedroom downstairs was absolutely wonderful and the kids enjoyed so much the “new” toys to play with. The entire house was well stocked with everything we needed and little notes and house rules were posted so politely and pleasantly around the house…just made everything easy and pleasant. The owner Salvatore was very quick to respond, always pleasant and super helpful! Overall it was a perfect family ski getaway!

Well-lit, spacious, open home to stay in
We had a great time at the Mountain House. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and had large windows in the family room area that made it cozy with an open feeling. The kitchen opens up into the dining area and family room, so it's an open layout and everyone can easily be around each other. We were two families of four adults and five kids that stayed here, and it was perfect for us. There are televisions in every room and it's easy to connect to your accounts or airplay any shows from another device. The first room is on the same level as the entrance and kitchen, and then there is a narrow but very cool spiral staircase that leads to the downstairs floor where there is a large, open master bedroom that's connected to the kids' room by the bathroom. Back up on the first floor, there is also a single bed and desk that was helpful to serve as an office/work area as needed. The kids room had two trundle beds, with mattresses underneath that pulled out (no bunk beds). We were there for skiing and it can be ski in/out but right now the weather wasn't cold enough so the trail to ski onto was not in operation. The house is a few minutes drive up from Minerals lodge and Kites restaurant. We tried Crystal Tavern for dinner one night which was about a 6 minute drive. We also got some deliveries (try Wings), and it was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Great fall getaway
This was a great house for a family fall getaway. The only downside with kids was the steep spiral staircase which was difficult for our under 2 year old to get down. The playroom downstairs was equipped with many toys which our kids loved.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain House! Salvatore was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for the location and neighborhood. The house was very spacious and immaculately clean. Our 3 year old loved the downstairs playroom and we all did not want to leave! Overall this is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a family vacation.

This place was very clean, up to date, and very spacious. The only down fall was the spiral staircase going down to the two bedrooms down stairs. It is really steep and narrow. Other than that the pace was perfect

best condo in the area
We stayed here in July for a wedding. Several other family members rented condos in the area and this condo was by far the nicest. Many condos in the area have parking problems and too many stairs outside. This property was pretty easy to access, although you must be able to walk up and down a spiral staircase to access the two lower bedrooms. This condo was lovely, clean, and nicely equipped. We highly recommend it!

Place was as adveritised, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is limited to 2 spots if you have a large group but there is parking at the bottom of the mountain. Would recommend to add ice trays to the freezer but plenty of other items provided. Property owner very responsive to any inquiry.

Loved this place
We loved staying here. The place is beautiful, well-appointed, totally updated and spotless. The location couldn’t be better. Had everything we needed and more. The owners respond very quickly and are quite helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
