"I stayed here with my son. The house was beautifully located by the lake, within minutes of driving to lovely hiking trails. There is a local produce stand within walking distance , with farm fresh veggies and beef. The kitchen is very well equipped. Espresso machine and coffee machine. Beds are comfy and there is ample sitting room. We also met some neighbors who were lovely. "

"This stay was for my daughters college graduation. Weā€™ve been staying at various hotels and rentals in the area. Has we found this spot 4 years ago we would have stayed here during every visit! Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!"

"Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. "

"The cottage was cute and comfortable. There was a little snafu with check in as guests who arrived before us took the cottage we were supposed to have and we ended up with the one next to it. It's hard to give the cottage a fair review because we stayed in a different one but by the pictures of this cottage it does seem to be a bit nicer than the one we stayed in. Great location! "

"They supposedly didnā€™t know we were coming, there was a mouse in the toilet, the floors had not been swept, they had a bunch of food and in the freezer and fridge, liquor had been out, no wifi or service, the bed sheets were dirty, no curtains on any of the windows, the doors and ALL windows were unlocked when we got there but the didnā€™t know we were coming? "

"We had a wonderful time joining family and staying in this cozy home for a few days. Prior to check-in, the owner gave us more specific, helpful directions as to the exact location. Walking distance to the lake, firepit available for use near shore, chairs to use outside, and a porch with outside seating was very handy. We had plans within Syracuse for one day and stayed at the house another. Plenty of games available. We will definitely consider staying here again. Small suggestions to improve...
