"Nice hotel, great staff, clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and I noticed as we left they were installing overhead rain showers. The only slight thing was we arrived on Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed as was most restaurants. But we ate at a restaurant called the metro around 20 minutes walk away which was fine."

There’s kinda like a spiraling stairway down and then up again so a person with severe disabilities may not be able to partake in the complimentary breakfast unless someone fixes a plate and takes it upstairs in the lobby area. "The hotel was OK, but the pictures made the room look larger than it was. Also, there is an additional four euro charge for use of the A/C. We did have a lovely dinner at a Nevers, BOUCHON NIVERNAIS. So, for a stop on the way to Paris, it was OK."

We drove into Nevers and walked along the river. Filled with petrol at the local supermarket and ate at a pizza restaurant just down the road. "
