"New complex with apartments & grounds all in pristine condition. Secure free parking close to apartments and good sized swimming pool with warm water for a change even though it was October. A few negatives first - light over sink not working; reported on 2nd day but never fixed - dog hair on floor & dog treats in couch - lots of crumbs in toaster but used our own - insufficient storage space for provisions in kitchen which was cramped & hard to work in - no hangers in main bedroom...

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "This was my 2nd stay. The property is shabby and run down. There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. I rebooked based upon a much better previous experience. The lock to my room door broke and I was forced to stay in all day and wait for someone to repair it. Reception refused to change my room and said "what do you expect me to do about it!!??". The property...

"The apartment was lovely. The staff was pleasant. Good location. The only fault would be that you have to clean this place at the end of the stay. And I mean clean. Take all the sheets and towels to the front desk. Take the trash out. Clean the apartment. I don’t like to clean while on vacation. Overall, I would say 4 stars. I would recommend to people with kids or pets. "

"Very disappointed for what was a very expensive two night stay in very basic accommodation. Extra charges for towels and for cleaning (including collect and taking back our own linen). No working aircon which meant really uncomfortable sleep. "

"Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Levant are self-catering apartments less than a minute from the beach. If you don't mind sleeping on a sofa bed and if you are with a car, it's perfect. The sofa-bed is easily set-up, fresh linen are provided when you check-in and the kitchen well equipped (no oven, but you probably stay there in summer anyway). Super markets are a 5 minutes drive (or 10 minutes walk along the beach) and you can order fresh bread for breakfast the next day at reception. Great for a...

"We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen area had a fridge, dishwasher and microwave (and small cooker hob which we didn't use). Large comfortable bed, hairdryer in bathroom, television. Wifi was good. Very quiet both during the day day and at night. We were at the back of the building overlooking the courtyard. Helpful staff. "

"This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster in the kitchenette but there is adequate utensils and hot plates with no oven. TV has chromecast. This was such a beautiful place to stay we extended our 2 nights to 6. The bar is limited but there are many bars and cafes nearby. If you are driving the final streets to reach the hotel are easy to navigate. This hotel is an excellent option to stay in Nimes. "
