"The only issue was on the first day was lots of cockroachs in reception, but I don't think it was anything to do with the cleanliness of the hotel think something happened outside and they wandered in. It was dealt with pretty quickly. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained."

"Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!"

"Great stay. Perfect view and superb area to be in. Close to everything and the buses stop outside. Beach just over the road too. Only negative was the ongoing stench of sewage or damp in our room. Couldnt decide what it was. Had to buy incense sticks to lessen the impact!"

"A nice hotel maybe not the greatest location as it's located at the far end of Altea. Taxis took on average 20 to 30 minutes wait time's to and from the old city. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool area was nice except the 3 days of filming with drones flying over you and the film crew were annoying. Buffet for breakfast and dinner had a nice selection. "
