"Smells of smoke. Unclean rooms, dirty beds, stained floors. Had to pay extra. First room i was assigned had a broken door that wouldnt latch shut. The door security chain was also broken. Upon asking for another room i was told the only available rooms were 15 dollars extra. It was the exact same sized room just on a different side of the building. Pretty sure it was a scam as the cashier pulled money put of his pocket to break my 20. He only took cash for this transaction. And only took cash...

"From 18 month old to 62 year old this was an ideal place to accommodate all. Small confined beach pool for 18 month to 7 year old, Canoe, Kayak, paddle boat, and super float mat for the 35-45 year old ones, and glider rocker for the 60 year old to just watch and enjoy. There is a kennel out side for larger pets, playground swings etc for little ones. Super friendly hosts."

"We were very comfortable during our stay. Things were mostly quiet outside of the neighbors to the west setting off some kind of explosion (dry ice bomb, I think). We also enjoyed exploring a part of Nebraska that we hadn't spent any meaningful time in before."
