"The eclectic feel of the lobby area and the friendliness of the staff were great. The room was very clean. The heater was broken in the room we were assigned, but they moved us promptly to another room. Walking distance to the airport and from there it was a quick Underground train ride to the city center. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The hotel was very near to the airport bus so it was very easy to get from the airport. As it is on a direct bus route to the Citta Alta access to there was easy. Staff were helpful; we were able to store our luggage due to a late flight and to borrow umbrellas. We will stay again."

"A beautiful hotel! Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A bonus is the historic Villa Reale de Monza is just across the street. The tour is well worth the time. Shopping and dining is just a 15 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "

"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"
