Gelsomino 1 is an apartment located on the ground floor of Villa Gelsomino, located directly on the lake. The villa is located a few minutes driving from the center of Verbania directly on a beach. Inside the large shared garden there is a large private parking for guests, a shared barbecue area and some large tables with chairs where you can eat and relax. Going down a few steps from the garden you can reach a terrace situated a few steps from the beach, equipped with sun loungers, parasol and deck chairs. From the terrace you can arrive on the beach where you can practice sports (free surf boards and paddle) and rent also a sail boat (for a fee). The apartment has a large covered porch with table and chairs, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining table and chairs, sitting area with satellite TV. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The beautiful bathroom has a shower. Bicycles and surf boards with paddle available for guests. For pets of small size an additional cost is required, Euro 20 per week.
