Townhouse with free WiFi, air conditioning/heating in living-dining room and master bedroom, TV with Spanish channels, a big private garden and a terrace with sea views.

In Playa de Baria I textile urbanization, located on El Playazo Beach front, with several swimming pools (open in summer) and garden areas, close to bars and restaurants and a large supermarket.

Maximum capacity 7 adults. Ground floor: living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen , 1 bedroom with a single bed, and a shower room. First floor: 1 master bedroom with double bed + 1 en suite bathroom with bathtub, 2 twin rooms, and a bathroom with bathtub. Second floor: terrace with sea views. Free parking space available in the complex.

IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 20 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is welcome. Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
