Nuku - Hiva Penthouse - private pool, WiFi, 300m beach

Penthouse on the second floor, in an urbanisation located 300m far from El Playazo. With air conditioning / heating, free WiFi, TV with Spanish channels, and a terrace-solarium with BBQ and a small private pool.

Maximum capacity for 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, a kitchen, and a living-dining room with access to a balcony. From the balcony there is access by stairs to the terrace-solarium. Free parking space available in the underground garage of the building.

In Nuku - Hiva textile urbanization, with elevator, garden areas, and community pool (open from 01st July to 31st August). Bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away, and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.

IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 25 kWh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / booking is welcome (with supplement). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
