A pessoa responsável não foi avisada da nossa estádia. Viajamos das 4 da madrugada até as 4 da tarde. O imóvel esta fechado, sujo e sem ninguém pra nos receber. Estava ventando e muito frio, tinha um bebê e 2 idosos, ficamos do lado de fora do imóvel até às 9 horas, quando nos liberou a entrada, com somente uma parte do imóvel feito a limpeza. Foi muito constrangedor e desagradável nossa estádia neste imóvel. Não voltarei.

Un cadre exceptionnel.
Nous étions 8 dans cette magnifique maison, située idéalement en bord de plage et tout proche d'un village. La voisine, très agréable, a en charge de répondre au moindre souci, et nous apporte tous les conseils nécessaires. Une maid au tarif de 30€ par jour est une option conseillée, compte-tenu du confort apporté (ménage, cuisine...etc) Une adresse à recommander absolument.

Une semaine de rêve
La maison est parfaitement conforme aux descriptions et le propriétaire très réactif. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables dont l'une avec une terrasse et une vue sur la mer très agréable. A notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par les voisins, comme prévu, qui nous ont tout de suite donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre installation. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Une porte au fond du jardin donne sur la plage c'est un vrai bonheur. Itaparica est une île un peu hors du temps où il fait bon flâner dans les petits villages de pêcheurs, la mangrove, les îlets déserts. Aucune impression d'insécurité ici dès lors que l'on observe les règles de base. La maison est située tout au bout de la route qui dessert le condominium gardé jour et nuit. A l'entrée du condominium se trouvent quelques petits restaurant typiques et 2 supermarchés mais pas vraiment de produits frais.... On peut aussi se déplacer facilement grâce aux transports en commun à prendre sur le bord de la route. Par contre il vaut mieux parler portugais ou espagnol pour essayer de se faire comprendre car personne ne parle anglais. En tous cas n'hésitez pas à découvrir ce coin de paradis!

Estivemos recentemente nesta casa, é uma ótima opção para se divertir em família. A casa verde tem realmente uma ótima estrutura para receber a quantidade de hospedes indicados e está localizada bem na beira do mar aonde nos dá condições para apreciar o nascer do sol. Fomos muito bem recebidos e acolhidos pela senhor Ailton- pessoal responsável pela casa e gostaria de aqui deixar os nossos agradecimentos a ele e sua esposa Guidha os quais nos deram as devidas informações e atenções durante todo o período de formalização do contrato até o nosso último dia de estadia na casa.

Beautiful Itaparica!
This is a very special property…spacious, endearing, and enchanting. The sunrises are mesmerizing and you have brilliant unobstructed views of the horizon from the second and third floors. If you’re a creative artist, it doesn’t get any better than this. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway from winter and the frantic pace of the city, it still doesn’t get any better than this. We loved our time spent on this amazing property and will return again and again.

we spent new years
This house along with the beach are incredible. The house is seated perfectly on the beach. We woke up every morning and walked on the beach to see fishermen pulling in their lines. The village center is within walking distance. Be careful though, if you rent this house verify the contract, ours was wrong and we didn't notice until we arrived, we were kicked out a day early, threatened that they would break stuff in the house to steal our deposit, and forced to pay an extra R500 in a hotel because they kicked us out.

Ja esperamos as proximas ferias
Se quiser descansar, essa casa é perfeita para sentir-se ao outro lado do mundo. Pequenos restaurantes e supermercado próximo pelas necessidades alimentares basicas. Quanto ao resto, as cores da casa ao lado do mar azul-turquesa deixamos uma experiência maravilhosa. O jardim é grande e bonito, as crianças se divertiram muito. A casa tem internet. Os amanheceres sao magnificos. Ja esperamos as proximas ferias :-)

Séjour de 3 semaines
Nous avons loué pendant 3 semaines à 3 adultes et 5 enfants. Cette maison est très agréable de par son aménagement (cuisine, TV, WiFi, bonne literie) et sa situation en bordure de mer (accès privatif direct sur une plage magnifique) . Bonne proximité avec les commerces (10 mn à pieds) et la possibilité de se faire livrer gratuitement. La piscine est agréable et un peu protégeable vis à vis du risque jeune enfant.. La maison nous semble bien adaptée pour 2 à 3 couples (3 vraies chambres + un grand dortoir au second étage) donc pour env 10 personnes confortablement (14 néanmoins possible). Les services d'entretien interne et externes sont bien assurés, et par des personnes agréables. Conclusion : à recommander

Very nice house
we spent very good holydays in this house. You have a lot of space inside, but the best is to stay outside, with the barbecue and the swimming pool, with the beach just behind the door. Everything was perfect!

Amazing place
Very pleasant house: big, attractive, functional, quiet. The swimming pool, the pool house, barbecue space and terrace are really a pleasant sitting. Lot of things to do around and especially the beach at the exit of the garden. Extraordinary holidays with family and friends.

Séjour paradisiaque
Magnifiques vacances en famille, nous étions 10, villa de rêve dans un paysage somptueux. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la maison, la beauté du site et la gentillesse des voisins. Nombreuses activités sur place, la principale étant l'océan dont on ne peut se lasser. Dépaysement total. A recommander sans hésitation.
