Our house is new and very cozy, a modern place with a total built area of 225 mt2, ideal for you and your family to rest and have fun, has 3 bedrooms, two Suites, and two external rooms with 5 beds, all with Air Conditioned, 9 x 6 meter pool, with Deck, and other accessories. we also have at disposal 12 aluminum chairs for beach, with sunshades, thermal boxes, grills, American balcony with and benches, table in gourmet area for 8 people coupled to the kitchen. Covered garage for 3 cars, and a total grassed area of ​​657 mt2. The house is 60 Mts from the beach which is great for swimming, practice stand-up and other options. Nossa estadia na casa do Sr. Nilson e Débora foi incrível. Desde o início eles foram super solícitos e prestativos, tiraram nossas dúvidas, nos indicaram local para comprar mariscos, para pedir água... A indicação da Núbia foi muito importante pra nós, ela foi ótima e deixou a nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Quanto a casa, superou nossas expectativas, ela é bem aconchegante, limpa, tinha todos os utensílios que precisamos. Um freezer na área da churrasqueira excelente. A piscina bem limpa. Várias toalhas para a área da piscina. Nos sentimos em casa e bem acolhidos. Foram dias incríveis, apresar de ter chovido e de na praia em frente ao condomínio estar bem suja e com uma tartaruga morta enorme (o que não dependia em nada dos donos da casa). Fomos com filhos pequenos, família, amigos e cachorro e foi excelente.

Estivemos eu e minha família nessa casa e ficamos muito satisfeito, a casa é uma graça, muito bem decorado e com tudo funcionando bem direito, em uma excelente localização, próximo a praia que é maravilhosa e rodeado por restaurantes padaria e mercados. O rapaz que ajuda a Debora e o Nilson cuidar da casa muito atencioso que nos orientou e tirou todas nossas dúvidas sem dizer na área muito delicia pra churrasco e aproveitar a piscina. Recomendo Muito! Voltaremos com certeza!

Casa bonita e perto da praia, mas pode melhorar alguns pontos.
Casa super nova e perto da praia. Só tivemos problemas com o terceiro quarto que estava com muito cheiro de mofo e não conseguimos usar, assim como alguns colchões. Outro problema foi com os chuveiros que davam choque ao ligar e desligar. Os donos da casa e o caseiro sempre muito atenciosos.

Casa Espetacular
Estive hospedada com minha família no período de 16 a 22 de maio de 2018. A casa é espetacular, de muito bom gosto e tem tudo que você precisa, muito completa mesmo. Os proprietários (Débora e Nilson) foram extremamente cuidadosos, atenciosos e disponíveis, nos orientou inclusive com dicas de passeios. A casa fica em um condomínio fechado muito seguro e durante a noite por diversas vezes viaturas da polícia local faziam ronda no condomínio. Tem vigilantes na guarita o tempo todo e sempre disponíveis pra prestar suporte quanto a limpeza de piscina, abertura da guarita, etc. Foram dias maravilhosos e a casa não deixou a desejar em nada. Cada detalhe pensado e preparado com muito carinho para facilitar nossa vida e nos proporcionar conforto e praticidade. Os proprietários estão de parabéns!!! Agradeço imensamente a presteza conosco.
