Secluded Beach House with Expansive Ocean Views

Step down to the extended patio and soak it all in on a chaise lounge or cozy up next to the fire pit and watch another amazing sunset. The patios provide private access to the beach where you can enjoy coastal exploring, surfing, fishing and abundant sea life for miles.

Inside, the spacious kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a double oven, gas cook top and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel at home.

The primary bedroom features more ocean views, vaulted wood ceilings, a king size bed and en suite bathroom with granite countertops, dual sinks and shower tub combo.

Two additional bedrooms each with sliding glass doors lead out to the oceanfront patios. Both bedrooms include a king-size bed. A shared, full-size bathroom with double sinks and shower is adjacent to these bedrooms and is fully stocked with all the bathroom essentials you will need.

We welcome you with open arms to enjoy this stunning oceanfront property in the center of it all in Southern California!

Plumbing Issues
We stayed in this house a couple of years ago and loved it so much that we planned a trip specifically for my elderly parents that have mobility problems and one parent is on oxygen. Unfortunately on the second day of our stay the toilet backed up and we had access to one bathroom which made it difficult for my parent to go up and down the stairs to access the working bathroom. It was apparent from the water puddles in the planters in front of the house and sewage smell that the plumbing has been an issue for sometime, which the plumber confirmed. The property manager informed us that the issue would not be addressed during our stay. By Saturday night we were very concerned that we would have to leave because of the sewage smell that was now in the back of the house and concerns the second bathroom would also stop working. Luckily we managed with one bathroom; however, as much as we loved the house and its location the plumbing issues made our stay uncomfortable and worrisome.

The house is very clean. Beds were actually very comfortable although the pillows were not as comfortable. Appreciated the comfy sofa in the living room. Some of the kitchen tools could be replaced - could not find a sharp knife to cut our vegetables with and needed to buy foil, plastic wrap and ziplocs as there weren't any provided but not a big deal. The bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of towels but the showerheads offered very little pressure making it difficult to wash off the sand from the beach. Overall would recommend this house given the amazing location and comfy beds.

Wonderful Stay at Breakers Way

The views from every room, especially the main living and dining area, are spectacular. It literally feels like you are sitting on top of the water. The two bedrooms downstairs are beach front and provides easy access to dual decks for eating and lounging. The beach is right there and feels private and is easily accessible. The beds and linens were comfortable and soft. The house is well stocked and we loved the fireplace AND the fire pit. Property management was responsive when we had a question and so easy to work with. We will be back again for sure! Thank you for having us!
