The stunning 3,700 square-foot floor plan features custom artisan details throughout. A 26' retractable glass wall in the Great room opens to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach; kick back on chic furniture to enjoy the ambience of a fireplace and watch the waves roll in. The sun-soaked living room is another elegant social space with a fireplace, a 62" TV, and a plush sofa. A billiards table and a selection of movies provide entertainment options.
The upscale kitchen features a full suite of appliances - including a gas range and custom-paneled fridge. A wine fridge stores your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature, and a gleaming kitchen island has seating. Serve home-cooked meals at the dining table overlooking the beach.
The primary suite offers a truly extraordinary retreat with a retractable glass wall leading to the private balcony. Relax in the sitting area with a 48" TV; a double-sided fireplace faces the bedroom, and the open walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom. Unparalleled coastline views await on the rooftop deck, a sanctuary with a hot tub and bistro set. A balcony off the living area is the perfect perch for morning coffee. The beachfront deck has built-in benches, colorful armchairs, and a dining table. Use the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout, then walk along the beach at sunset.

The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
