"We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person...

"The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday."

"Brilliant Chalet - highly recommend. We were a group of 13 and had more then enough space. The communal room has areas for smaller groups to seperate while still being together in a larger room. Kitchen is well stocked and equipped. Free parking outside. Very short walk to shops and ski lift. Has space to store ski's and warmed boot storage. Host is lovely. Very friendly with great communication. Thank you for letting us stay, we would love to come again!"

"Lovely modern and clean property with fabulous outside areas and pool. Perfect location near the lake, cycle path, Boulangerie and other amenities. House had everything you could possibly need and hosts are super friendly and helpful. Quiet area but easily accessible to all the lovely attractions of the lake, so ideal for a fabulous holiday."

"We enjoyed a fantastic week at Valerie’s property. So close to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Boulangerie and supermarket. The property had air con in the main area which was a welcome relief and was perfectly clean on arrival.There was no outdoor space as such for the kids to play but that was no problem due to how close the property was to the lake. Less than 20 minutes away there was a nice walk with Paragliding opportunities, and a nice chateau to visit which was a good 20 minutes walk...

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "This was our second stay at the property and it did not disappoint us. Our host was wonderful and gave quick and helpful responses and recommendations. The apartment itself was clean and one of the best eqipped we've ever stayed in. It is comfortable and tastfully decorated. Beautiful view from the balcony too. "The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. Very quick to get into Annecy and 25 mins to La Clusaz and Le Grand Bormand. Will definitely keep this Adress for summer too. Thanks Carlos"
