"The hotel is good if you have a car. if not you have to get bus to gondola on morning and back no later than 6. i can imagine would be a nightmare in school holidays. I told hotels.com this and they told me they had changed advert so that is not advertised as ski in ski out. just checked and still hasnt been done. plenty of hot water and food was ok. Thank god for the irish bar in the hotel which saved our evenings as with out car you are stranded unless you want to pay for expensive taxi or...

"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. "Great place, loved the view from the balcony and the big comfortable lounge. The buffets were big and plentiful. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There was a slight issue that we ordered 2 drinks at dinner and 2 separate waitresses came over for us to sign them to our room. We didnt know why they came twice as they didnt speak english but when we came to check out they asked us to pay for drinks. The lady on the front desk sorted it but just something to be aware of."

"Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer. "

"Location is great, just 1 minute to the Gondola station, ski rental shop and supermarket. Quite surprised there is No fridge, no kettle, no cups/ glasses in the room. But they gave us 2 kid kits with slippers and toiletries, super nice in this area. Breakfast is excellent!!! Full of food selection. However, the hotel group restaurants are not really good in food choice and needs reservation ( it’s better to book a table otherwise needs to wait) All the staff were very helpful and friendly...

"Staff good. The room plain. Terrible view. Clean. The only complaint would be to have a seating area inside while waiting for room. Plus an open bar during the day. "
