"The staff were AMAZING!!! I accidently dropped something at the property and it had my name on it. They saved it for me and sent me an email as well. They were very attentive. And the place has an ice machine on each floor!!! The only hotel in Italy that we stayed at that did. AMAZING!"

One night in Venice, perfect.
"It was perfect for what we needed. Super close to the train station so we didn't need to take our luggage far. Check I was fast and they were very kind. The room was clean, and had a very nice bathroom. We were very happy with the breakfast, plenty of great food. We would definitely stay again."
