The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful."

Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. Specifically, I was woken up by the loud door-slamming noises from the neighboring guests between 12:30 AM and 1:40 AM. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It seems...
