The apartment consists of a Kitchen with a large living room, where you will find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, one bedroom and dressing rooms all rigorously in modern style with warm colors typical of 'Tek' wood. The bright and welcoming bathroom, covered by a mosaic offers you a comfortable shower. Small private courtyard flourished in the warmer months. The apartment offers many comforts such as satellite TV, wi-fi connection with internet key (we do not provide a pc), air conditioning, heating system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

The Sestiere of Cannaregio in which the apartment is located, and more specifically ' Calle delle Muneghe ' offers many attractions for tourists who want to stay in an area served by the Venetian markets, typical shops, and restaurants that offer excellent cuisine. The most known way to reach Rialto and San Marco is called 'Strada Nuova”, which is a few minutes far from the apartment, along “Rio della Sensa.' The vaporetto stop more convenient is Sant 'Alvise only few minutes walk from the apartment.

Perfect stay in Venice
Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannareggio. Walk 1-2 blocks and you are in a great area with great coffee, bars, and all kinds of food from great easy pizza to high end dining. You can walk to St. Marc’s in 25 minutes, but honestly Cannareggio was our happy place.

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet part of town. It had everything we needed and more. Close to amazing restaurants without the crowds. The owner Daniela met us at the ferry. She was so helpful with travel tips around Venice.

Nice VRBO In Venice!
Off the beaten path, which considering the current visitation status of Venice , is a plus. Very nice spot in a bedroom community of Venice. Some construction/rebuild nearby but still very quiet. Great apartment, nice decor and amenities. Daniela was great!

Absolutely top notch accommodations and host!
The apartment had all up to date amenities with plenty of room. It was very clean and was everything we could wish for. Any help needed, the host was very accommodating. It was close to the water bus, close walking distance to all areas of Venice and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Loved it abs if we did a second trip it would be at this apartment!

Everything thing about this place was awesome. The beds were large, kitchen was well equipped and the shower had great pressure. The neighbourhood was quiet but close enough to hot spots. Communication with the owner was spectacular.

Lovely loft and excellent stay. We were looking for a place a little off the main tourist path but still close enough to all the sites and everything Venice had to offer. This was perfect for what we were looking for. Host is very responsive and very helpful with offering assistance of where to go and what to see.

At first I thought it would be too far away, but the location was PERFECT. Easy walking to main areas, but always quiet in this neighborhood. Beautifully-done interior with everything you need (even a private courtyard!). 10/10 recommend. Great for families too.

Hidden Jewel in Venice
It was a pleasant stay from the beginning when we were greeted by owner. We were given many valuable information, which helped us a lot during the stay. The place has the obvious personal touches, which makes the stay very comfortable. It's located not too far from all attractions, yet it's not too close to all noisy area. :) I would love to go back and enjoy Venice more staying at this place again!!

Not far from tourist areas but far enough away to be able to get good sleep without noise. You feel like the real Venetians live here. Everyone was helpful, the owners and neighbors. Apartment was very clean and all the amenities are there. They even had coffee in the pantry, thank you! Overall a great place to stay, we would stay here again!

Lovely Apartment in Venice
Look no further. This apartment was perfect. Daniela has great taste in decoration, and the apartment was very clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth all thanks to Daniela's thorough instructions on how to get to the place and check in properly. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet apartment in great area of Venice
This apartment was very clean with great shower and AC (needed since it was quite humid out!). Located in a very quiet area of venice which is much needed since many areas are quite crowded. Large bedroom and pull out couch in living room so good for family with kids. On ground level which is also nice. Easy to get from Aliguna water taxi 5 minutes and first stop!) and about a 10-15 min walk to train station.

Off The Beaten Path
We loved the location. Away from the busy tourist areas, yet a short walk to any amenity or tourist spot. It was clean, quiet and met our needs. Daniela (host) was helpful and answered any questions. We took the water bus from the train when we arrived, yet walked to the train station when we left. The walk is shorter! We found there was a certain peacefulness once you left the tourists area and entered the neighbourhood, which still had its own restaurants and cicchetti bars.

We stayed 2 nights. Daniela was communicative and nice to give a few extras. Some sweets for the girls and waters in the fridge. I loved how the available sofa bed was already fully done with linens, ready for use, since they knew 4 ppl were staying. The place is located in the quieter part of Venice, close to convenient city water taxi and water bus to the airport! I recommend getting up at sunrise to walk to St. Marks square, we were the only ones up in the neighborhood so it was nice to think we had Venice to ourselves for a moment of time.

Amazing Stay in Venice
My family and I had such an amazing stay at Daniela's beautiful loft. Everything was flawless - from pre-trip communication and check-in throughout our stay. The loft is incredibly comfortable and was the perfect space for my family of 4 including 2 teenage daughters. Everything is as described in the listing and Daniela is a great host who takes care of every detail. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/drier was perfect for the middle stop on our journey around Italy! The location is also amazing. The local neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path but only a short walk from all of the main tourist areas. And there are amazing restaurants close-by, including one gem of a local bakery (Panificio El Fornareto) where we sourced breakfast from each day. My wife and I are already planning our return trip and will stay here again!

This is a gem!
We just finished a 4 night stay at this property. It was our first experience with vrbo, and I don't know if any other place will be able to stack up. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the major sites. Daniela met us and oriented us to the city. She suggested some nice places to go and even walked us to the grocery store so that we wouldn't get lost. After that Venice was easy to navigate. The apartment has all the modern amenities at your fingertips. It was perfect!! Thank you, Daniela.

Perfect Venetian Apartment
An immaculate and extremely comfortable apartment, exactly as described, in a very quiet and charming area well away from busy tourist centre, yet only 20 mins walk to the Rialto bridge. Excellent customer service from owner before our stay and we were met and guided to the apartment as promised. Only one stop by vaporetto from the airport and 5 mins walk to the apartment. Note, it is on the ground floor. The area has several local bars and osteria, mostly frequented by Venetians, perfect for canalside drinks (even in January), and also a supermarket and bakery just 2 mins away. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Vacation
We had a great time, I never got to meet Daniela but we met her husband Pietro, The apartment was nice but were shocked that we didn't get to stay in the apartment we agreed on! But we still had a wonderful time. The apartment still needs some adjustments, there was not enough counter space to move in the kitchen even that the size was good. The bathroom was a bit small but we were able to handle, The location ended up been great even in such busy area close to the Rialto Bridge was still nice and quiet. Will come back again.

What a gem!
My friend and I stayed at Daniela's apartment during our four day stay in Venice. Daniela met us at the vaporetto stationand brought us to her apartement. She could not have been a nicer person. We really enjoyed our stay in Venice and one of the main highlights was that we were staying at Daniela's. Her place is immaculate, comforntable and close to all attractions. Venice a beautiful walking city, nothing is ever too far. So if your are planning a trip to Venice, look up Daniela's place and bring a good pair of walking shoes! Ciao!
