Beautiful new construction (2022) home built with guests in mind! House features modern finishes with warm and inviting furnishings. Located only 10 minutes (2 miles) away from Venice beach and 5 minutes (1 mile) Venice Downtown! So close to Florida gulf beaches for enjoyment!

Home showcases 12 foot ceilings throughout with open concept and lots of space for large family or friendly gathering. Spacious master bedroom (king bed) and ensuite bath (shower) including dual vanities, 55" smart TV's x2 (living room & master bedroom), walk in closets and master en-suite bath. Rooms are large and spacious. Second bedroom (queen bed). Third room (2 twin beds plus 1 trundle bed). Guest bath has a tub/shower. Master bath includes separate water closet, double vanities & large walk-in shower. Laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need including coffee maker, toaster, cookware & utensils, etc! Sliding glass doors from living room to outdoor covered patio with seating & BBQ grill! Beach wagon, chairs & umbrella. Single car garage parking.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
We had a great stay in this well-kept home. It was super clean and everything seemed brand-new. The bed was so comfy which made it easy to sleep in due to the dark shades and quiet neighborhood. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be for our daughter's wedding. It was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend this little house to anyone who is interested.

This house is a beautiful home, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a upscale stay. We did have a lil hiccup getting in, but the owner was very quick to jump on the issue and get us in the house.

Great home very convenient location
The home is very clean, brand new and well equipped. Mattresses were very comfortable. Everything functioned and worked as it should and we had a great stay. The neighborhood is cute and extremely convenient to the Horse Show grounds as well as downtown and grocery stores. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location for downtown life and beaches!
We stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect location for our family - close to Caspersen Beach where we love going shark teeth hunting, the downtown for restaurants and shopping after a day at the beach & the park literally across the street was something our kids liked in the mornings! The property is very clean and nicely decorated with new furnishings and very well stocked. We would definitely return!

Great vacation home!
We loved our stay at this house, the kitchen was fully equipped even tho we barely cooked. High ceilings and very spacious our kids loved it as well, many board games that kept them occupied and entertained. Bathrooms were very spacious and plenty of towels for everyone. Garage had beach chairs umbrellas beach cart and toys, it was a very quite neighborhood.

In Town For The Horse Show
