Beach front community on Venice Island. This unit is fully furnished and is located next to the large swimming pool.
You will be staying in a single story end unit studio that is larger than all efficiency units in our complex. The studio location is very private with entry directly to the pool that you can enjoy all day long. There is also a picnic table and BBQ grills right next to the unit. Venice Villas is a smoke free community, therefore, smoking is allowed in designated areas only which is strictly enforced. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit is subject to $500 fine. An entrance to the private beach is about 3 minute walk for most of the guests. If you enjoy peaceful morning walks along the shore and a glass of wine at sunset, then this place is for you.
The complex retains Florida Charm Of The Good Old Days. It is located between Sharky's fishing pier and Downtown Venice. Sharky's restaurant is a shoreline walk about a mile to the south. Downtown Venice is about a mile north.
Enjoy your favorite beverage while relaxing in the gazebo watching the amazing sunsets of the gulf coast.
You are in a very safe and quiet neighborhood within a short drive or walk to the historic downtown Venice where you find what you like: wonderful shops, art galleries, fine restaurants, theater and other venues for your pleasure. Local talented musicians throw free performances next to Venice beach all the time. You can also bring your lawn chair to the Centennial Park that offers many types of free concerts and other entertainment throughout the year. Venice is less than half an hour drive to Sarasota. You can also ride a bicycle to Sarasota via gorgeous Legacy Trail. For a first time booking a copy of photo IDs is required at the time of reservation.

Great get away!
Perfect for just the 2 of us and had everything we needed!! Nice pool and near the beach. Close to downtown Venice and short drive to other beaches. Quiet and relaxing. Appreciated the extras - beach chairs, umbrella, charcoal grills.

We absolutely loved staying here! Leon is a wonderful host always answered questions quickly and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The condo is full of everything you need from spices to beach equipment to q-tips. The pool was great and the beach was beautiful. We can't wait to come back!

Leon was a great host!
We enjoyed our stay! The entire property was clean and just a very short walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained. This unit is in a small resort in a very quiet neighborhood that is about a mile from Sharky’s and in the other direction, a mile from the restaurants in town.

The condo has everything you might need, is in a fantastic location where you can walk to yoga on the beach and to historic downtown for the Farmer's market, shops and restaurants. Leon is a prompt communicator.

Small But Good!
It’s a little place – – one room 300 square-foot condo, but it totally served the purpose! We come to Florida to be outside and to go do things, not to sit in a room. It’s a very safe location and a quick walk to the beach —what more could you ask for?? It’s not new and modern, but it’s very clean. A beautiful pool is outside your door!

Everything was clean and ready to move-in. Distance to water was exactly as stated, any questions or issues were promptly answered. Neighbor fellow renters were mostly yearly repeaters- some for 15 or more years. This was our first experience with his town and VRBO, we will certainly use this resource again!

Short walk to the beach
This condo was a great central location to enjoy the gulf coast. 2 minute walk past the other units in the complex to the beach. Conveniently beside the huge pool. Short drive to numerous beach areas to the south past Sharkeys Restaurant including Caspersen Beach. Walk to Sharkeys and the fishing pier there is doable along the beach. Short drive north to Casey Key, Siesta key and Sarasota. Short drive or bicycle to the Main Street of Venice with its shops and restaurant. We had everything we needed at Leon’s unit and he is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns. Lots of parking available and was very quiet. We were the only ones at the pool a few days and a handful of people stretched out along the beach all the way to the pier.

PERFECT!
I am very happy I found this unit! Wonderful owner who answered every question I had immediately. He even called to check on my stay. Perfect location for pool and beach. Entire property kept very clean and tidy. I stayed alone while visiting a friend who lives in Venice and felt very comfortable and safe in the area. Would not say there is anything within walking distance as far as shopping or restaurants especially during the heat of the day although close by car. The unit is an end unit with no units above you. Very quiet and peaceful. Practically had the entire pool to myself at times. The owners had everything I could possibly need there including beach chairs beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Even watched a movie one evening that they supplied. The unit was the perfect size for two. Shower was great. The bed was comfortable for one, anyway. I certainly hope this unit is available next time I visit Venice. Thank you.

The Villas are a great place for a family vacation. Wonderful location. Walk to the beach & the pool is perfect. Our landlord was very helpful. We hope to ho back.
