This hotel was in a perfect location near the Rialto bridge, shops and restaurants. Alessandra, the owner, was so helpful and very accommodating and sweet. We loved the room, it had so much character. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Venice.

The place was superb and beautiful, very detailed and clean. The host, Alessandra, is very friendly she greeted us warmly and prepared for us a very refreshing juice,water and cookies. Scalon del doge was my favorite hotel of our trip! The room was enormous and beautiful with a gorgeous chandelier, canal view and really high ceilings. Allesandra and her team are delightful and happily shared recommendations for restaurants and activities for us and our boys. The location is amazing - super easy access to all of Venice and close to Burger King (we traveled with 10 and 12 year old picky eaters). We slept great, felt totally safe and loved our stay. Grazie!
