A very bright apartment on third floor with south- faced balcony and amazing view on the Canal della Giudecca. The pleasing and sunny Zattere promenade is around the corner with his restaurants, following it along the Canal della Giudecca you will arrive in a few minutes at the town's artistic heart with the most famous modern art museums: the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Emilio Vedova foundation, the Pinault museum on Punta della Dogana, from wich you will enjoy one of the most beautyfull views on the Bacino di San Marco.

Reaching the apartment is quite easy, the public boat stop "San Basilio" is just 150 meters far.
From Marco Polo airport you have to take the bus n.5 destination Piazzale Roma, then you will board the public boat n.6 destination Lido and get off at S.Basilio stop.
Someone from the staff will meet you at the boat stop to guide you to the apartment.
From the public boat stop "Zattere" you can reach almost every site on the town and the lagoon.

Wonderful apartment with amazing view
We had an amazing time staying in this huge, comfortable apartment - the views are beautiful and it’s in peaceful quiet Dorsoduro but not far from bars, restaurants and a great supermarket. Giovanna was incredibly helpful with check in and gave us great tips for places to go. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way!
The apartment was absolutely perfect. We had stayed in other apartments in a Venice before but this surpassed them all. A bright, airy flat with 2 balconies with beautiful views. The area is lovely and quiet - a proper neighbourhood and yet near to everywhere either by food or vaporetto. We would like to return as soon as we can.

Amazing view and location
A bit off the beaten path, which is exactly what we wanted. The view from the living room terrace is amazing, we ate dinner out there several evenings. The kitchen terrace is great for breakfast! The apartment is close to 2 vaporetto stops and a really great little grocery store with a small deli and bakery. A medium walk to the Train station and airport bus too. The kitchen could use a few more things (colander, cooking utensils) but we made do. This place is a great value for the price.

We had a great stay. The host was very helpful with our check in despite our train being three hours late. We were given a map with great restaurant recommendations, and other information like the closest grocery store. The host was also very attentive in responding to messaging during our stay when needed. The photos online did not do the apartment justice. It was better than advertised and the view from the deck was an awesome treat for a breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We were even surprised to find out that the parking lot that has a stone throw from the apartment has taxis come to it and we were able to take a quick taxi ride to the airport with minimal walking with our luggage Because we had a super early morning flight. We would highly recommend this host and apartment.

Perfect place to Stay in Venice
Apartment has a balcony that overlooks the water and several churches. 4 minutes walk to San Basilio vapretto and 7 minutes to Zetterre(main stop). Lots of restaurants within 1-2 minutes and lots more within 7 minutes on the water. Two top recommended artesional gellati places within 7 minute walk. Air conditioned bedroom, great kitchen and shower, loads of room and furniture in the living room.

Lovely place!
So bright and airy! Lovely cross breeze and wonderful view. Giovanna was very welcoming. The location was convenient to vaporetto stop, but we walked everywhere comfortably. Well equipped, but could use a new corkscrew and bigger wineglasses. You will enjoy your stay here.

Wunderschöe Ferienwohnung
Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Vaporetto Stadion von Giovanna abgeholt. Von da sind es bis zur Wohnung nur ein paar Schritte! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat zwei tolle Balkons und wir konnten jeden morgen draußen frühstücken. In der Wohnung ist alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch zum Supermarkt ist es nur ein kurzer Weg, ebenfalls sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir hatten ein Actv Ticket für eine Woche von Deutschland aus gebucht und so konnten wir bequem und jederzeit hin und her fahren wie wir wollten. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, in einer wunderschönen Stadt und für uns perfekten Unterkunft.

Perfect location, very nice place
My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon 8/28/17 - 9/2/17. We loved it! We had a beautiful view of the canal and Guidecca from the living room balcony and the bedroom window. I loved the terrace adjoined to the kitchen. It was perfect for breakfast and late night coffee, and really gave you that European feel. The apartment was very clean, and we had fresh towels and linens upon arrival. Augustino helped us with the check in process and even pointed out some key places to visit, and some restaurants, and even Conad, a grocery store a block away. We mostly ate out, but we did bit breakfast food to cook in the mornings and one night we bought and cooked homemade pasta in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed being in Dorsoduro as opposed to San Marco, which was quite crowded and loud. We would walk to San Marco and when we arrived back, we enjoyed the quieter setting of our neighborhood Dorsoduro. We loved walking along the Guidecca Canal, it was much more leisurely than the Grand Canal. We highly recommend this place!

Unschlagbare Aussicht
Wir waren nach zwei Jahren Wiederholungstäter, weil uns einfach die Lage (Supermarkt und Vaporetto in unmittelbarer Nähe) und vor Allem die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr gefällt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher spartanisch, genügt aber unseren Ansprüchen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass der Vermieter die Balkon-Sitzgarnitur inkl. des kleinen Tisches erneuert. Schon vor zwei Jahren fiel der Tisch fast auseinander, nun hält ihn nur noch sein guter Wille zusammen. Wir würden trotzdem (s.o.) wieder diese Wohnung buchen!

Large apartment in quiet area.
We really enjoyed our 4 nights in this apartment and we're very glad we stayed here. We were met by Giovanna at the vaperetto stop and she took us to the flat and explained everything clearly. I felt confident I could ring her if needed, but it was all smoooth and so we didn't need to make further contact. The flat is in a quiet and interesting part of Venice. The view on the canal offered a continually interesting vista. It is not a luxury unit and found cooking a small challenge in terms of available utensils, but overall we were very happy there and would highly recommend staying here.

Une location qui correspond exactement à son descriptif: de la place, une vue magnifique très ouverte grâce aux portes fenêtres, de la clarté, du confort, des lits confortables, des couettes et couvertures en suffisance, une situation idéale dans le Dosrsoduro et surtout à deux pas, voire un! des Zattere! Voir loin à Venise est sans doute exceptionnel Une semaine plus qu'agréable Sans doute que l'été, fenêtres ouvertes on peut avoir du bruit, mais je suppose que ce serait le cas un peu partout. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette location et nous en sommes très contentes. Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité. L'appartement est très clair, ensoleillé, ce qui est plutôt rare à Venise, avec une belle vue sur la Giudecca. Il est bien situé, près des commerces et des vaporettos. Appartement propre, agréable, belle vue, spacieux et lumineux. Supérette à proximité ouvert jusqu'à 23 heures. Arrêt vaporeto à proximité. Cartier agréable. Prix très responsable compte tenu de la qualité de l'appartement. Accueil rapide et efficace. Inconveniant : bruit même la nuit des bateaux de croisière à quai (c'était en haute saison, c'est probablement plus calme avant ou après. Je recommande cette location.

Perfect apartment, great location, great value
Loved everything about this apartment. Out of the way of main tourist areas but easy to walk to main sights, with boat stop a minute's walk away. Very spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend.
