Overall a good experience. Excellent location and good property. The air conditioning was non-functional for the season, which left the interior rooms at 28C. We had to open the windows, but this exposed us to mosquitoes. Each of us left with several hundred bites. But the location is phenomenal - steps to everything. The room is clean, and the washing machine was an unexpected bonus. I would consider staying here again if traveling with my family.

Love Venice, but..
Extremely difficult to find, but in a good location once you do. AC doesn’t work (at least in our unit). Mosquitoes swarming if you open the windows. Fluorescent lighting is a bit harsh. Great difficulty contacting hosts. Wouldn’t stay here again

The apartment looked more modern and spacious. It is in the main area close to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment also had a washing machine. We did not use the kitchen, but the facilities looked fine.

Just fine for a family
The location was great and the room met our needs. It was a little difficult to get in touch to store our bags before check in time. If you intended to cook, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen like oil, salt or pepper on hand as a starter, which was unfortunate, but with so many restaurants nearby that didn’t pose a huge problem.

This property was a short walk from the train station but other than that, there is nothing good about it. When we checked in, we found leftover food still in the freezer and a gross yellow stain on one of the towels. The mirror was also cracked and when we advised the property of these issues, there was no response even up until the day we checked out. The air conditioning also did not seem to function properly as the place was overwhelming hot despite us turning it all the way up. It also seems to have a big issue, we saw multiple mosquitoes and other unidentified insects which made our sleep very uncomfortable. Would not recommend at all.

Fantastic Stay Here While in Venice
** I like to write realistic reviews that point out what is good, what could be improved, and nice-to-know/neutral things. ** Good: It was in a great location near St Mark Square and the Rialto Bridge. The windows were amazingly soundproof, so we didn’t hear outside noise even though we were right in the heart of the San Marco district. The shower had plenty of hot water. It had a full size refrigerator with freezer, which was nice. There is a bar and stools in the kitchen to eat at. The WiFi worked well. There is a great espresso and pastry bar called Marchini Time that is about one block away. Not so good: There were no towels at all in the kitchen – no dishcloths, hand towels, or paper towels. As others have said, there was no cooking oil in the kitchen. Providing a small amount would be nice to save travelers from having to buy a large container that they would likely have to leave behind. A microwave would have been nice so that we could easily reheat leftovers. FYI: The bed was firm. We found it comfortable. The kitchen window had no coverings, and there is a nearby building directly across from it; so beware of walking into the kitchen if you have no clothes on, because the people in that building can see you.

Vi boede for nylig i denne lejlighed og havde en rigtig god oplevelse. Beliggenheden er fantastisk, tæt på både butikker og restauranter, hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt og udforske området. Lejlighedens køkken var en stor fordel. Det var fuldt udstyret med alt, hvad man kunne få brug for, herunder moderne apparater, gryder, pander og service. Dette gjorde det let at lave egne måltider og føle sig hjemme. Samlet set var opholdet meget behageligt, og vi kan varmt anbefale denne lejlighed til andre, der søger en praktisk og veludstyret bolig i et godt område.
