In summer, the house is airy and rather cool. Bathroom with bath and shower. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, modern oven, all accessories, TV, PC, WI-FI for Internet available.
Lido of Venice. 20 minutes. from St. Mark's Square. In a typical Venetian house, surrounded by greenery in a quiet and sunny residential area, just behind the Hotel Des Baines, close to the pedestrian zone. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2001 and tastefully furnished, is equipped with every comfort and has a large supply of laundry and dishes. Small communal garden, with a small table. Great accommodation on the Lido
Lovely home in a quiet and peaceful spot on the Lido. Close to all shops and amenities as well as the beach. A short walk from the vaporetti ferries. Well-equipped, comfortable and spacious accommodation.

Great place to stay while visiting Venice and surrounding islands.
We liked the apartment very much and enjoyed our stay. It was very nicely organized and had a distinctive style. it was comfortable and convenient as well, in terms of shops, transport, everything. There is direct connection from the airport as well as to Venice (St. Mark's square, train station). It was peaceful locality with fragrance of flower in the surroundings quite often and close to the beach.

Perfekter Urlaub in der ruhigen venezianischen Wohnung
Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dieser schönen eingerichteten venezianischen Ferienwohnung. Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit grünem Garten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist gleich zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Supermarkt , Bäcker , Restaurants , am Meer und bei der Vaporetto Station. Die Vaporettos fahren Rund um die Uhr, so dass man jederzeit wieder auf die Lido zurück kommt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Bruno und seinem Neffen hat sehr gut geklappt . Wir können die Wohnung und Lage bestens weiterempfehlen.

Great authentic house on Lido island. The vaporetto stop is 5 minutes by walking from the house and brings you to Venice in about 20-30 minutes. It’s also possible to take the vaporetto to go to the other islands. It’s very quiet and it gives you a break from the center of Venise. There are some restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about 5 minutes walk also. Bruno and Marco were great hosts. Thank you for everything!

Herr Bearzi stellte im vorraus sehr ausführliche und genaue Informationen zur Verfügung: zu Anreise mit Auto - Nutzung der Fähre, Fahrzeiten, Wegführung zum Quartier, Parkmöglichkeiten bis hin zur Schlüsselbox- zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Tipps zu Restaurants und Eisdielenund auch was zu beachten ist bei der Nutzung der Wohnung - z.B. Mülltrennung - Zusätzlich traf uns noch sein Neffe vor Ort am Ankunftstag, um eventuelle Fragen usw. zu klären. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Quartier. Die Lage ist optimal; die Parallelstraße ist die Hauptgeschäftsstraße; zum Strand wie zur Station der Vaporetti gleiche Entfernung.

Très calme et verdoyant tout en étant proche de tout: commerces, restaurants, vaporetto, plage. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. La personne qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée plus tardive que prévue est très sympathique. Nous remercions le propriétaire qui nous a laissé la possibilité d’un départ tardif. Der Aufenthalt bei Signor Bearzi war sehr schön. Die Wohnung, das Haus mit ihrem Venezianischen Flair hat uns sehr gefallen. Wunderschöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage!
Völlig unkomplizierte An- und Abreise, sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, technisch extrem gut ausgestattet, dazu detaillierte bebilderte Geräte-Beschreibungen, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in unmittelbarer Umgebung erreichbar und auch sehr nah an den Anlegestellen der Linienboote, so dass man mit der Wochenkarte täglich viel in Venedig herumfahren und unendlich viel sehen kann.

Schöne ruhige venezianische Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist in einem typischen ursprünglichen venezianischen Mietshaus und groß genug für vier Personen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen sind super zum Schlafen. Man kann sich gut darin von dem Trubel in Venedig erholen, und in nur ein paar Minuten ist man am Fähranleger, beim Supermarkt und am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison vénitienne au plein cœur du Lido à 2 minutes du centre et de toutes commodités. Retirée dans une petite ruelle, il y reigne un calme olympien très appréciable. On ne peut pas trouver mieux. Dans l’appartement vous ne manquerez de rien, tout est à disposition comme chez vous. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles, toujours aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons. Merci Bruno nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
